Welcome to ThePasuk. By downloading, installing, or using our iOS/iPadOS mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThePasuk ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App and related services.
ThePasuk provides a spiritual companion app that delivers:

If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features, you may need to complete an onboarding process that collects basic profile information, spiritual preferences, and device settings. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Your account is primarily device-based, identified by a unique device ID. This approach minimizes the collection of personally identifiable information while enabling personalized content delivery.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
ThePasuk offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and managed via RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and recurring billing disclosed at the time of purchase.
We may offer free trial periods for Premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee. Trial eligibility may be limited.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period and will be communicated in advance.
All content provided through ThePasuk including Torah verses, prayers, quotes, translations, commentary, images, themes, and design is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may share individual verses, quotes, or cards through the App's built-in sharing features. Shared content must include proper attribution to ThePasuk and original sources.
We treat Torah texts, prayers, and Jewish sources with reverence and respect. By using the App, you agree to handle this content appropriately and in accordance with Jewish tradition and values.

ThePasuk provides spiritual content for inspiration and personal growth. It is NOT a substitute for professional religious guidance, mental health counseling, medical advice, or emergency services.
The "Moment of Strength" (SOS) flows are designed to provide grounding and perspective during challenging moments, but they are not crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
While we strive for accuracy in our translations, commentary, and Shabbat times, we cannot guarantee absolute precision. For halachic (Jewish legal) decisions, consult a qualified rabbi.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEPASUK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThePasuk and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at support@pasuk.app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThePasuk regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.
These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and ThePasuk.
